Rates

$180 per 50-minute session.

Insurance

I do not participate with any insurance. I will provide a receipt so the you can be reimbursed by your insurance provider.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. To use a credit card there is a $5 additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
